    The seller sent the shampoo originally over a month ago and our courier apparently liked it enough tha I signed for an empty package (it did smell really nice though!). I let the seller know the issue and they shipped another new one. It's currently [as of 01/22/25] 20 days in transit. The USPS system is understaffed, overworked, and a hot mess. I'm leaving a positive comment because at least the seller has been kind and communicative. ♥︎
