I have to say that this company has been fantastic and extremely ethical and communicative to deal with. Long story short, I ordered the wrong model cover for my iPad. Once discovering that it didn't fit properly, I contacted the seller and asked for the mistake to be rectified (I thought it was the sellers mistake at first).
