        Listing never mentioned alterations/damage. Seller shipped wrong item first—I was understanding & offered to return it. Correct item arrived, with poorly cut-out zipper, with an uneven gap the photos did not show. I requested a return with clear pics on white bkgnd. Sllr suddenly changed tune, claiming “it’s preowned” (obviously), and that she “spoke to eBay…” (Why? Doubtful). Ultimately refunded—item IS damaged & she knows ebay would’ve sided w/me. Pre-owned ≠ undisclosed, botched tailoring.

        BEWARE OF THIS BUYER! she utilizes EBAY's catchall of item not as described multiple times to ensure she gets a refund. my Item is pre loved, I am not original owner and listed as much detail and multiple photos for this blouse. she sent a photo of a sweatshirt that had a full zipper, which my item clearly did not have as photos depicted and item description. she claimed the item was damaged and had a botched tailoring work?BUYER kept the item and received a FULL REFUND
