The product I received came shipped in the original box (albeit in rough condition) and without the removable paper bit that wraps around it. Headphones were kept in the original case, along with the cables which were unused. The pair I received had evident signs of wear on the plastic earcups, although the headband and ear cushions appear new. However, there are no issues with the functionality of the headphones themselves and works perfectly.

Would rather a plan/nothing box than an extremely damaged and box from a different product.
