When I said I wanted to return and get the item as pictured, they kept offering me a 20% then 50% refund saying things like they had extra costs or "how about we meet in the middle". 7 weeks, 12 messages later they keep saying "They have sent it" but it hasn't arrived. I have no evidence to suggest they ever intend to send customers the genuine Denso part.
