What particularly impressed me, however, was the delivery time. I ordered the Heat Pump on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Monday morning! When I told the plumber, he said that Appliances Online always provide a good deal. As a minor point to note, for some reason the tracking on eBay never activated (i.e., according to eBay, the Heat Pump is yet to be posed).
