    NOT the big mouth it is touted to be.

    While I like the 2 sizes of bowls, it does NOT have a large opening as is deceptively pictured. The opening is only 1 1/2", only very small foods can be added whole. The front picture shows a whole sliced tomato nicely sliced in one of the bowls. Perhaps a Roma, cherry or grape tomato would fit, but not the tomatoes I grow and buy. Onions, apples, and whatever have to be cut smaller. Big Mouth is NOT such a thing on this processor. If you take out the big pusher to get in bigger foods, it still only allows another 1/2 inch and it can't be run without it in place. Since I have to use my cutting board and knife to chop the food into smaller pieces, I usually just finish the job there instead of bothering to get out this machine. I should have saved my money for a bigger, better ...
