That was completely on me. However, I tried to cancel the order immediately but kept receiving a message saying I couldn’t cancel yet. I spent about 15 minutes trying before I decided to email the seller. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a response to an email within an acceptable timeframe. Unfortunately, I only received a response after leaving feedback, and even then, itReply from: spencer-3d- Feedback replied by seller spencer-3d.- Feedback replied by seller spencer-3d.I get 3 page's of messages a day, and I always respond older message to newer. the problem is every time you send a new message it sends it and all your newer messages strait to the top of newer messages, and it sometimes takes a day or so to respond because of how busy its been. so I am just now seeing message, next time request cancel order as that is put on the order and the order cant be shipped out without seeing the request to cancel and eBay wont let it be shipped.
