- j***t (463)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThese 2 filters I ordered were received promptly, and were as advertised, but they were packaged and shipped in the original manufacturers thin (pizza type) light cardboard boxes and just taped together. They should have been packed in a stronger exterior box to prevent the boxes from being crushed on all 4 corners and on the top which is exactly what Fed X did to them. The filters themselves appear not to be damaged however.

They are a quality provider, with knowledgeable staff to assist with confidence. My only draw-back is they use the USPS, which is a slow as molasses in January. My order sat at the distribution center 30 miles from my home from Friday morning until delivery on Monday.
