    Great health tracking smart watch

    The Samsung Galaxy Active 2 is one of best smart health tracking watch on the market today. It does all the main health tracking activities and monitor your heart pulse from manual to continuous. The heart rate measurements are very accurate compare with even the better arm band devices. The Active 2 even plays music with its internal speaker and 4 Gb memory to store your music. And most of all, it is very stylist to wear with all the different watch faces that you can download from the Samsung App store. I highly recommend this watch to anyone who is looking for a good value smart watch.

    Good technology, terrible battery life

    Pro - good connectivity to my S9, Major Con - battery life is, in a word, terrible. Cannot make a day and half without having to charge. A watch is not useful if it dies and you cannot tell time.

    Good choice

    I was going to wait for a faster, slimmer, better watch but I lost my old analog so decided to jump into the smartwatch arena. I didn't want to spend more to get the best and I didn't want the cheap watch that had only a few marginal watch faces and not much functionality. Instead, I got a watch with great functions and a good choice for now. There are some really good watch faces, I can answer calls if my phone is not available, and can read and respond to texts. There is decent tracking of steps so I can see how much I've moved away from my desk as well. It strikes a good balance of providing a quality display and some great features without breaking the bank.

    Perfection

    I'm coming from a Microsoft Band 1/2. When those were discontinued I was devastated and was on the hunt for a replacement. After months of research decided on a Galaxy Watch Active. Right before I went to purchase it I caught wind of the Active 2 being released soon. So ultimately ended up with that. Been absolutely blown away these past two weeks. Battery life is top notch, health tracking and automatic workout detection is superb. Sleep tracking is perfect. And as a watch it's wonderful with the always on display. Pairs instantly with my phone whenever I stray too far and come back into range. And the Galaxy Wearable app is very well built and offers a lot of customization. Loved it so much I went and purchased a pair of Galaxy Buds+ to compliment them.

    It lives up to the hype!

    I've resisted purchasing a smartwatch since they first came out. I've been attracted to some of the older models Samsung made which had the rotating bezel, but wasn't impressed with the amount of battery time. This one doesn't have the mechanical bezel to change screens, but you can use the tip of your finger to rotate a virtual bezel around the outside of the screen to do the same thing. It doesn't look as classy, nor does it have the added protection of the elevated ring around the screen. This does mean it is slimmer than the older models though. It is comfortable. The 44mm would have been too large for my wrist so I opted for the smaller 40mm version. I'd recommend getting one of the covers, though, since I tend to scratch watches and smartwatches tend to be thicker than normal ...
