    I Never received the book although I know it was shipped… This is not a problem with this person I purchased it from…. it is not her fault! We waited quite a long time for the book to be delivered but it never has been delivered to this day and we really can’t determine what happened. It was sent by media mail ..Even though they give you a tracking number unfortunately it cannot be tracked. I have to give her a positive review because she did everything Right and has refunded my money.

    Shipping envelope was bent, battered, as was the paper item I purchased. How am I supposed to know which dings were incurred while the item was in route? Adding a stiff, thick 8x10 piece of cardboard would’ve been nice. Ordered a similar Cunard menu on the same day. It arrived in perfect condition, sandwiched between 2 pieces of thick 8x10 cardboard, and the shipping cost for it was $3.00 cheaper. PRO TIP: Ship listings as if they were treasured items you were shipping to yourself.
