    This is a fantastic CD. I'm an older gentleman,but during the last few years I've been working on a Female Artist Collection of CD's from: Bessie Smith,Big Mama Thornton,Madonna,Tina Turner,Janis Joplin,Gladys Knight,Irma Thomas,Aretha Franklin, Anita Baker,Ella Fitzgerald,Bulgarian Women's Choir,Joni Mitchell, Allison Krauss,Rosanne Cash....etc...etc... I'm not sure how extensive it will be ultimately as there are so many fine Female Artists that catch my ear....but grows it does and this CD has been a very welcome addition. I've always enjoyed Cyndi Lauper's music and thought this set would be an excellent inclusion to my quest of finding strong passionate performers who have an original sound and soulful delivery.     12 deadly Cyns showcases Lauper's talent and standing as an 80's pip icon and then some. The dance hall version of her anthem smash Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and techno dance Come on Home are great additions to the collection of hits.
