The reason for my negative review is that this television is by far the most annoyingly complicated and restrictive device I’ve ever owned. It constantly blocks me from changing the settings and won’t allow me to change them back. I had to factory reset the tv to include no smart features. It now works much better and has more freedom but no smart features. Beware.
