Items listed as new & unopened, but security tape looked tampered with, so I cut the tape with a knife to open the boxes. Both units were missing their batteries (that should have included with a "new and unopened unit"). Contacted seller, and at their request provided photos of the tampered security tape. Purchase price was refunded. Frustrating purchase, but situation was handled well by seller. Errors happen.
