1980-1983 Honda ATC 185S. Cylinder has a couple chipped fins, do not affect function of cylinder. Factory Honda cylinder bored and honed to fit new 64.25mm piston kit. 1979-1983 XL185S.

1984 ATC 200s runs like new!
Everything needed to go through with install was provided, even new valve guide seals which I was not expecting. Went together extremely smooth. Brought a nearly 30 year old machine back to life! Did a valve lap while I was in there, and replaced the carb as well since the original was tired, and now it starts first or second pull every time, with no choke or decomp cable! Perfect kit for a resto job!
