They sent the wrong item, didn't review my proof that it was wrong and told me I had the right one, and only agreed on a refund when I got eBay involved directly. Then I had to get eBay's help once again when they didn't actually refund it. There is no communication with this company. They either use a bot that can't address problems, or they have intellectually disabled staff. The other order I made a day later was missing items as well. Terrible. Avoid at all costs
