I was disappointed to then discover they are out of stock and it would be a couple of months before I get one. Why the positive then? I judge a company not so much by what they do right, unless it's something special, but how they handle an issue. This was handled beautifully - an email explaining the situation and offering a full refund. Great communication.

Note to Australian buyers that the item did come from a japan warehouse as it mentions in the item description but may be missed, so if you're in a hurry to receive the item it may take slightly longer to arrive. The postage time However was still quite quick considering! great product thanks so much
