The Sound Bar just kept turning itself off after 20 min. Upon googling these are both common faults, so the refurb checks clearly aren’t very thorough. Products were collected by 2 seperate couriers I had to wait all day for, and once returned I had to raise 2 cases with eBay to initiate the refunds. Terrible all round. I bought a new LG instead, which is great!

Shipping was terrible, taking a week longer than the estimate, then I was delivered someone else's TV. Luckily after contacting DHL it was sorted the same day. Great value for a new OLED TV. Picture quality is awesome and sound is great.
