This was handled beautifully - an email explaining the situation and offering a full refund. Great communication.

Note to Australian buyers that the item did come from a japan warehouse as it mentions in the item description but may be missed, so if you're in a hurry to receive the item it may take slightly longer to arrive. The postage time However was still quite quick considering! great product thanks so much
