Claimed he put dimensions in this item - I have screen shot all it said was LG - item was shrunk and small. My wife and I took the item to the actual retail store (Peter Millar) and the manager confirmed it had been washed and shrunk. Contacted seller and he brushed me off - unprofessional and just uncool. Going to charge back this item.

Responded immediately that dimensions had been stated description, so buyer wasn't brushed off. Seller is not responsible for buyer ignorance or remorse. Buying something based on the letter on the tag is a buyer issue, not an unprofessional seller.
