I'm sure that the Seller prepared the package correctly; my thought is that the USPS was rough when handling it. Not to worry, nothing was damaged or otherwise amiss.

I knew the seller likely had no way of knowing it was about to break when sold but I reached out with pics and requested a partial refund and was given a full refund instead! Awesome customer service, clearly stands behind her listings. Couldn’t ask for a better response to the situation.
