    Although the seller states they can only ship once a week, communication could be much better. A simple message when placing an order, to let the buyer know what day it’ll be posted would be much appreciated. Royal Mail offer collections and this sample could easily have been posted in any postbox in the street. I cancelled the order as got impatient waiting for the item and a response. The seller refunded me in full, so I didn’t expect the sample to arrive. That was really good of them to do.
