Not only was the purchased water jug shipped only after an email intervention, but instead of a new item I received a used water jug without a filter.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your purchase I tried to call you and messaged but didn't get a responce. The item was shipped and delivered within the timeframe clearly stated on the listing. The jug is brand new perhaps it was damaged during shipping? The listing made no mention of a filter the listing was for the jug only I don't understand why you expected it to have a filter. In any case I have fully refunded you and you can keep the jug for free as a gesture of goodwill
