Next day thought I had an issue which I did but it was minor. Seller was quick to respond and offer assistance but seing as the issue did not affect the product I decidedcto keep it and it has been running 24 hrs a day since. One happy cat.

I recommend dealing with them as I have previously had bad dealings from there competitors who refuse refunds on these products even though a large red fragile warning sticker is on the package.
