    The speaker never showed up. I tried contacting the company, they said they would check into it. I didn't hear back in a reasonable time frame, so I am forced to give negative review for this item. Getting back to the customer about an item that hasn't shown up should be a priority. I found out it was lost in transit when I got my refund. Poor delivery option by the seller on a bluetooth speaker, second class delivery, no tracking, no way to follow the items path. I cannot recommend this seller
