The seals were shown on the images showing the parts and the text implied these parts were included. The vendor's response was to offer a discount as compensation for providing the incomplete package and to tell me i am responsible. I did not accept this. The vendor has provided parts that are not fit for purpose. Under Australian law, a complete refund is warranted.
