    This item arrived as described and on time. I gave the four star rating because I think it was banged up a bit in shipping (envelope type package with bubble wrap) and maybe should have been put in a box with bubble wrap. My son is giving this to his new wife on their wedding day so I didn't want to chance sending it back since it was the only new version I could find online for him. I think she'll love it anyway. Overall, I'd say I'm really pleased though and would recommend this seller.

    Nice book as a 'helper' to mediation.

    I bought this book and never really used it. But I looked through it and it addresses a lot of issues that come up during mediation. Good info inside!
