However this seller either clean the item or kept the item in almost brand new condition. I've only had it a couple of days but it seems to be running great and produces quite a bit of ice for such a small compact machine. Shipping was a bit expensive but I expect that for such a large item. It came packaged and it's original box and the appearance was almost brand new it was exactly as the seller had described.

Does not impact the use of the item but the box es came squished since it was shipped in a bag. For spending almost $150 I would have expected at least a box. All bags are there so that’s what matters in the end for my family member who needs them. I would have just liked a little more care in the packaging.
