    Item was not packed well and was damaged. Contacted seller and seller put it back on me to file a claim and take it up with the shipper. I informed seller that it was their responsibility to ensure that item arrived as described and that I would like a refund. After several days going back and forth with seller, he or she accepted the return, but did not provide a shipping label right away. So I had to wait again a few more days before sending back. Hopefully seller packs better in the future.
