    Item was priced decently, was packaged and shipped well too. Arrived quickly and I'm happy with the product now... It wasn't as described (there was no mention to a missing hard drive tray and it stated that it had win 10 pro but had Ubuntu installed instead). I'm disappointed in the level of service during my issues too, I kept getting an error code instead of a normal boot and it took ages to diagnose and try to fix but all in all product now works, but I wouldn't buy from these guys again.
