I contacted FedEx to file a claim, but could not because of the shipping option used by the seller; only the seller could file a claim. I contacted the seller, again. No response from seller. I reported the store to Ebay and also reported the items not being received. I contacted the seller a 3rd time as part of the Ebay claims process with no response. Ebay issued a full refund for all 6 items ordered.

So I took the chance - and as much as I wanted to leave all positive reviews unfortunately only 6 of the 7 things I ordered came. (This one came!) Over a few weeks, I tried writing multiple emails to fix it, but I never heard back from the seller. So you can order from them, just be prepared you may not get it and have to go through Ebay to refund the missing item.
