Food for the Brain
I have read reviews about this product and it was reasonably priced. I have yet to actually take it so I can't speak about any end results. I was taking a different brand of Co Q 10 and they ceased to make it anymore. I began looking for a replacement. I still have some of the old so I won't take this until I run out. It's hard to tell how well a product is absorbed into the body or how much good it is actually doing. My Cardiologist told me to take CoQ10 so that's what I'm doing. Great Additional Supplement to Add to Daily Routine
The body does make its own CoQ 10. There are many reasons why one would add Co q 10 as supplementation. Do check with your physician and/or look up if there are any potential problems with interactions with some certain medications, as can happen, or be futile with any supplement. I have been taking it for a number of years, because I am on a Statin. Statins are known to deplete the body of CoQ 10. The Ubiquinol processes a lot easier and better into our systems, especially as we age.
