    I ordered this thinking it would work in my later model Escape. The 2008 models used a different connector latching system and my cables would seat. Nothing wrong with the Head unit (could test it) and the seller refunded a portion of my purchase price after I paid for shipping both ways. I should have been more careful so I write off the return shipping as 'stupid taxes' as Dave Ramsey says!!! Great seller, fast communication and got me the correct head unit that DID work in my '12 Escape!

    Used but works perfect

    The climate controls hadn't worked, correctly, for quite a few years. We tolerated it, but now our daughter bought the vehicle. We didn't want her driving around in the metropolitan areas where she lives without having reliable heat/defrost in the winter. This worried me a little, buying a used Climate Control, but the price was right! We viewed some online videos about how to change out the climate control. It went pretty fast for an old man and a young gal. And the climate control fit perfectly and also is working perfectly.

    Controller temp levels did not work for heat. Only turned on the cold air. no control over the temperature settings. Product did not say the temp control were NOT working. Dissatisfied with product. Too expensive to remove and purchase another one.
