Because they reimburse me they didn’t think they needed to tell me what address that the product actually went to, but they don’t understand that I really needed that cable cutter in order to do a project next week. I wish they would’ve offered another similar product in, got it shipped right away so that I wouldn’t be left to try to handle this on my own.
