    Wow! First purchase from them but likely not the last. Super-well packaged, and timely delivery. Quality used item as described and photographed in the listing. What really caught me off-guard (in a good way) was the handwritten, personalized "Thank you" that accompanied the item. The other elements of the transaction I mentioned above are obviously key to a good experience, but that last bit, the personal touch, that puts these folks over the top. A positive example all could learn from.
