      Works great on light duty.

      Price was hard to beat, and it works great. Does not come with remote, so you need to program with the app should you need a remote to start. That process can be fickle, recommend downloading the MyQ app first and use it to program not the way the directions tell you. It comes with all safety features which i have tested and function properly. Comes with wall mount switch as well which you can short stop the door. IE push to open, and push to stop half way and leave it there, should you push it again door will close. The app does not have this function, door will open completely to the upper stop limit.

      Lj8900w best opener I’ve ever installed

      I bought two for my new garage. Installation was simple. Very nice well built unit. I have a feeling should out last me. Liked the unit so much ordered more. Will install light curtains later and got 893 max remotes and 877 out side key pads.

      Door up, door down.

      10x10 door previously had chain drive opener installed in 2000 when the building was constructed. Steel beams sent all kinds of vibration you could hear all over the house. Smooth and effortless. And quiet to boot.

      Best money can buy

      My builder was going to recommend the cheep contractor series and i demanded they remove them from the bid and i would provide the garage door openers. They said they would install them for $500ea and i said no. I installed these and frankly they were the easiest thing i have ever done. These went up really easy and way better than anything you can buy at Home Depot. I had previously the top line other models and these are on a whole other category for less money. The App is awesome and when you have 5 garage doors it is really nice to use the app.

      Much better than a chain style opener especially if you have limited overhead space.

      The install is not too bad plus this unit is very quiet and has no trouble with my 12 x 12 door.
