I was pleasantly surprised - the rug is exactly as described with rich colours, it's very soft, and looks great! I got this for a short hallway from my back door to the laundry, and the rug is flat enough for doors to easily open and close over it without getting caught. I'm very happy and would recommend this seller. You have to check tracking on the Aramex website as it doesn't update on ebay. Thanks!
