It caused me a lot of time to realize this after this unit kept blowing fuses. I assumed the Seller would accept the return 2 wks past the cut off date, based on misrepresentation. They did not. I warned them I would leave them a neg feedback. Being beyond the cut off date is one thing but misrepresenting the public only to hurt them is another. I'll be calling Ebay.

I shared my concern, and he called to re-assure me that his shop verified it was a good unit and that it would loosen up when filled with gear oil (it had been sitting for a while).
