I actually purchased it for the glass jar only, as a replacement for my same blender. Fortunately, I don't need the motor base, lid, blades or locking ring. Otherwise, I would return it to you. This really isn't good business practice.

The packaging was about as good as it could be given the item, but it still seems someone dropped it in shipping and sent it upside down (I can tell, because there aren't cracks in the plastic on the tv in the picture). Nevertheless, the TV still works. Just a cosmetic thing, but I wish people would actually read the "Fragile" label during shipping (since you did put one on there).
