Contacted seller about this and after an initial conversation, the seller insisted that both bottles contained the amount listed (15 ml). I did not hear back about resolving this issue. I said they could measure the oil with a pipette and it'd be 15ml, but they tried to extort $20 out of me to "make it all go away. Just because a SEALED vial of oil measuring 15ml doesn't go to the top of a container doesn't mean it was tampered with or they were cheated. I tried to explain his to him/her but they were hard headed thinking cost me my 100% rating. Do potato chips fill the whole bag? Sorry, no $20 4 U.
