    I received the Dyson just as described. Unfortunately it would not charge. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me a new charger. Couple days later not only did I receive the new charger but a another battery as well.Works perfect they were quick resolve the issue extremely polite about itand professional, definitely will buy from them again.
