When the mouse arrived the scroll wheel was making excessive noise which is unusual, checked many videos and forums, also posted 2 videos with this issue, doing sound test comparisons myself, but the seller doesn't even want to hear it. I'm using peripherals from Razer for 12 years now and I know when a scroll wheel is bad... The scroll wheel is now faulty not registering while scrolling down. This seller does not accept returns.
