It was damaged badly but had no noticeable damage to packing. I set seller a picture. No questions asked Fern issued a refund immediately and said she would file a claim with the carrier. Two pocket squares were over packaged sent in a box there by inflating shipping cost. Wanted what was in the photo and didn't mind the cost, but it is not what I got. So, I do.
