    The item is new/unused, which is exactly what I was looking for, and the pictures in the listing accurately reflected the item's condition. It came well wrapped for the shipment, and the delivery was quick. My feedback is mostly positive. The only negative aspect was that the sticker that sealed the box had been peeled off on one side, allowing the box to be opened. While the pictures provided with the listing clearly show this, I can't agree that the condition of the box was "unopened".

    It Does Work, Just Be Patient !!

    This is my third one. The drive motor is a little underrated and tends to burn out. This is my third unit I bought in about 12 years. It really does work. On some scratches You may have to run the unit in repair mode for about 10 cycles to get the scratch out. But it does work for about 90% of the discs that I had to repair. I sometimes put a small weight on the top door to apply a little more pressure on the repair pads.

    Good for people who have a limited number of DVDs or CDs to repair

    Good for people who don't have a lot of disks to repair. if you need to repair many disks or receive many disks from an operation like a video store, you need a more robust option. Look for DVD repair machine here on eBay.

    Good for not so damaged Discs

    I’ve used them with two 35 year old albums but took at least 4 times to get most of the scratches out; also it may leave some circular marks non so visible. The pads for cleaning and fixing will only last only 25 and 15 fixing periods no more

    Even though the box was smashed, the kit worked perfectly upon inspection. I could have used a bit more of the solutions but refills are not too hard to come by, for now.
