    Poorly packaged - simply packed in plastic postal bag with fragile tape. This was a GLASS flask that should have been CAREFULLY packaged in a BOX with BUBBLE WRAP OR FOAM. Postal service were mortified at the packaging and advised they would return for me as it was atrocious.

    This feedback was unfair & misleading. The flask was wrapped properly inside & outside with several layers of newspapers, in addition to the strong postal bag & a clear fragile label. The glass bit was well protected as it was inside the outer hard shell of the flask. The buyer didn’t say that they have opened the package & actually found that the glass part broken!! And I haven’t received the item back, so what is the proof that they returned it?!
