    I like the item first time buyer on eBay I couldn't find it anywhere else I will never buy anything else from eBay they lie about shipping 3 days later no they don't I had to email them and tell them that I track all of my packages and then they're going to try to blame it on the post office I will never buy anything else from eBay again don't do it specially with this seller never encountered this ever and it's completely wrong if you said 3 days it should shift 3 days not five or six !!     We do not understand this negative review! -we do ship within 3 business days of payment-this item was mailed at USPS 2 days after payment with postage and tracking paid. evidently the the item was not scanned for tracking by usps, which happens very often in our area with USPS-the item was delivered and used by the customer- in fact the customer has reordered the same item several times- we are requesting a feedback revision

    Coconut Oil

    I heard somewhere about the benefits of Coconut Oil so I started doing some research, I looked online, then went to the Library and picked up a few books, "The Coconut Oil Miracle" by Bruce Fife was one of them. That book is very informative and hit on so many points. It has become my go to book for using Coconuts, because of this, I am only cooking with Coconut Oil now, I use the milk for my nutritional smoothie, and I use it for my whole body as oil, and am beginning to use it for my hair.
