This chap replied in unreasonably quick order, whatever time I messaged, even before ordering, and fielded unforeseen issues with Customs in immediate order outside even my working hours. ***11/10 seller***

I was concerned about purchasing from outside the USA, but the transaction went as smooth as with a domestic seller. Shipping time was about 1 week, although I was surprised that an additional $213 had to be paid to UPS for duty and fees. Unfortunately, the subwoofer was damaged during shipping and didn't work. The seller was excellent at communicating and resolving the issue. The seller immediately refunded my purchase once he saw photos of the damage, thank you!!!!!

Speakers were well packed and arrived in one piece even though the external packaging was a little abused. Shipping time was a bit long due to complications from Customs in the US - not due to the seller. Seller was very good at communicating during the whole shipping process.
