    Should have checked this sellers feedback before purchasing. Another buyer has had an identical issue to myself where they advertise a drill bit set but send one bit! Then they try and “handle” you in the standard way by offering sequential % refund. After saying I want 100% refund FOUR times and being fobbed off. It’s a shame - please improve your customer service, dispatch was quick though.

    The item is very good and very good value. There was a major delay with the delivery but this was the fault of the delivery company Yodel. The seller did post it on time and it did have the correct address. The seller kept in contact with us every few days and I can say is one of the best sellers on E bay. I would buy from this seller again and I would recommend them . The delivery company Yodel have a very poor service and there is no way to contact them. The Yodel live chat does not work.
