    Great balance to the tone of any guitar.

    I have these strings on three different types of guitars - a dreadnought, a small folk body and a grand auditorium that is all solid woods. These strings gives each body style their own unique beautiful tone with long sustain. I have went through many different string types, gauges and manufactures until I realized these strings were the best. I believe that if your try these strings, you will be very impressed with the tones you will get from your guitar.

    Better than old rusty strings

    I am not an expert on the science of guitar strings, I just know that I did not care for these on my current two guitars. They already look tarnished and sound kind of flat. They were a decent deal however and I would not hesitate to order from the seller again.

    Great find for dreadnought acoustic guitars

    The EJ19 strings really bring out the tones in my HD28 Martin guitar. I used EXP17 coated strings for years, and although an excellent string, the coating seemed to dull a little after a few weeks. These string diameters are one size smaller on the 1st thru the 3rd strings which adds volume to the lead runs while maintaining lower end tones on the 4th, 5th and 6th strings. The only thing I changed on this set was to change the 4th sting from the packaged .035 to .034 diameter. I highly recommend these strings for tone and value.

    Haven't installed yet, and this is a bit different gauge than what I normally use, but I expect the same quality as I normally get from D'Addario, which is why I keep coming back.
