    Beautiful vehicle mode with fun transformations to robot mode

    Although the colors are not cartoon accurate and could use a little more paint apps, I still think it's a great toy for those who are starting off in collecting TFP. The weapon and robot armor is a little too much, and I think a simple blaster would work fine. Reprolabels has a sticker kit for this toy and I think it's worth it in making him look closer to the TV character. He's my favorite Autobot in the TFP because he's one awesome looking car in vehicle mode. His transformation process is a little bit intricate and I would not recommend this toy to young children as they will only be frustrated and the risk of breakage is there. Parents may also find it difficult to transform back and forth. Youtube does have reviews which also shows step-by-step transformation. I really love ...

    Good TF: Prime figure, but not great.

    While the Prime line has always had the best transformations and show accurate look, the Smokescreen figure fails on some levels. First, the figure's feet appear to be reversed and he has lots of kibble on his forearms. Second, and the most unforgivable, are the car door wings. They don't click into place and stay. This is not a flaw in the figure itself, but the design. The figure is otherwise quite nice and relatively accurate. The transformation into the car is nice, very dynamic.
